Dinner – 7:00-8:00 PM

Brief Program to follow
This year we will honor two of our Vigil Brothers who have dedicated their lives to Scouting and the community, living lives of cheerful service. Robert H. Krejci (currently of San Diego, CA) celebrated 86 years of membership in the Scouting movement this year. He is a former staff member of Camp Stuart and spent his life as a Scouting Professional throughout the Midwest and East. After his Scouting career, Bob successfully transitioned into a professional fund raiser for large corporations and universities. Arnold R. Schenk (currently of Elmhurst, IL) started as a Scout in the Roseland area of the Southside of Chicago and served several years on camp staff at Owasippe. He too became a Professional Scouter, eventually holding a post with the East Central Region. He retired from Scouting as the Associate Editor of Boys Life magazine.
Proceeds from the event support the Owasippe Lodge #7 Camper Scholarships for deserving youth members and NOAC Scholarships to develop leadership skills in our youth officers.
